Please note: following recent changes under the Terrorist Travel Prevention Act, travellers in the following categories are no longer eligible to travel or be admitted to the United States under the VWP:

Nationals of VWP countries who have traveled to or been present in Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria or Yemen on or after March 1, 2011 (with limited exceptions).
Nationals of VWP countries who have traveled to or been present in Cuba on or after January 12, 2021 (with limited exceptions).
Nationals of VWP countries who are also nationals of Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria or Yemen.
Nationals of VWP countries who apply and travel on or after April 1, 2016 with a passport that does not contain an electronic chip.

Government Authorities, Visa Application Centers or Invitation Providers may require special information such as ethnicity, race, religion, trade union membership, health related information, biometrics or information about criminal history be provided as part of the application process. When this information is requested, the questions cannot be skipped as part of the application process. CIBTvisas is required to collect this information and send to the Government Authorities in order to successfully complete the process.
Government Authorities, Visa Application Centers, Logistics and Application Support Companies, Invitation Providers and/or Translators/Solicitors are often located outside the EU region. When this is the case, it is necessary for the information to be shared outside the EU in order to successfully complete the process.
