Business Introduction Letter
You must provide an original Business Introduction Letter from the applicant's UK employer. All letters must be printed on company letterhead that displays a UK postal address. Note that most consulates require the Business Cover Letter to be dated within one month of application submission.
Letter of Invitation
A letter of invitation from the country of destination. A copy is acceptable. This invitation must:
Specify at length the exact purpose of trip
State the applicants full name exactly as it appears on their passport
State the applicants passport number
State the applicants nationality
Be legalised by the General Director of National Security in Equatorial Guinea
Be issued within the last two months
Proof of Travel Arrangements
This must be provided as a copy of the paid flight confirmation showing onward/return travel
Standard Criminal Record Certificate
An original standard criminal record certificate for the applicant. This must be:
