Russian Invitations
For travel to Russia, all travellers must have a visa and an official Letter of Invitation or Tourist Voucher and Tourist Confirmation approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or its regional representatives or by an appropriate Russian Federation Migration Service Branch. Russian entry requirements state that a Letter of Invitation must be submitted in order to obtain a Russia Business visa. A Tourist Voucher and Tourist Confirmation must be submitted in order to obtain a Russia Tourist visa.

To Obtain a Russian Business Invitation or Tourist Voucher and Tourist Confirmation You Must Provide:
- Passport. Provide a clear colour copy of your passport identification page.
- Invitation or Tourist Voucher request form. Fill out and sign the Russia Business Invitation Order Form or Russia Tourist Voucher Order Form and make a copy for your records
- Mail the forms to CIBT. Send the colour copy of the passport identification page and request form to CIBT. We will begin processing your order as soon as we receive it and will provide you with an update on the status of your order.
