Sample of the Business Travel Requirements for an Pakistan Visa for UK Citizens

1. Passport

   The applicant's actual passport. The passport must: 

   • Have at least one blank visa page
   • Be valid for six months beyond entry date

2. Photographs

   Two passport sized colour photographs. The photographs must:

   • Have a white background
   • Be taken within the last six months

3. Business Introduction Letter

   An original letter of introduction from the applicant's UK employer. This letter must:

   • Be addressed to the Embassy
   • Be on company letterhead paper
   • Include the name of the applicant
   • Specify the purpose of journey
   • Include the name of the organisation(s) to be visited
   • Specify the requested number of entries and the length of visa required
   • Include an acceptance of financial responsibility for the applicant
   • Be signed by the applicant's supervisor or the company's HR department

4. Letter of Invitation

   A letter of invitation from the company the applicant is visiting. A copy is acceptable. This letter must:

   • Be on company letterhead paper
   • Include the name of the applicant
   • State the purpose of journey
   • Specify the requested number of entries and the length of visa required
   • Bear the signature of the inviting party

5. Proof of Purpose

   Evidence of proof of purpose. This must be provided as a copy of the registration document/certificate of the inviting company

6. Proof of Financial Means

   This must be provided as a copy of the applicant's last three current account bank statements

7. Proof of Travel Arrangements

   Details of travel arrangements. These must be provided as:

   • A copy of the hotel confirmation
   • A copy of the flight confirmation
   • An itinerary specifying the applicant's exact location for every day of their trip. If this cannot be provided by the tour operator/travel company, then this must be provided as a personal statement.

8. Proof of Address

   Evidence of UK address. This must be:

   • Provided as a copy of a utility bill showing applicant's current UK address
   • Issued within the last three months 

9. Photocopy of Application Materials

   A clear colour photocopy of the information page(s) from the applicant's passport

10. Supplementary Form

    One fully completed and signed supplementary form

11. Visa Application Form

    One fully completed and signed application form. This form must:

    • Be completed in black ink only
    • Be completed in block capitals only
    • Have Q.xiii completed in full with the name, address and contact details of the hotel/company to be visited in Pakistan       

12. CIBT Order Confirmation

    For orders placed on the CIBT website, a copy of the Online Order Confirmation which is sent to you via email, must be submitted.

    For all other orders, and where applicable, a completed Manual Order Form should be submitted.

    Please note that all card payments will only be made upon completion of the visa application process. 

13. Personal Application Only

    • Applicant's of Afghanistan or Indian origin are personal application only at this Embassy 

Sample of the Tourist Travel Requirements for an Pakistan Visa for UK Citizens

1. Passport

   The applicant's actual passport. The passport must: 

   • Have at least one blank visa page

2. Proof of Residency

   This must be provided as an original recent utility bill showing the applicant's name and current UK address

3. Photographs

   Two passport sized colour photographs. The photographs must:

   • Have a white background
   • Be taken within the last six months

4. Proof of Employment

   A letter from the applicant's employer confirming employment. This letter must:

   • Be on company letterhead paper
   • Include the name of the applicant
   • Confirm that the applicant is an employee of the company
   • Specify the purpose of journey
   • State the applicant's expected return to work date
   • Be typed and signed in the original by the applicant's supervisor or their HR department

5. Proof of Financial Means

   This must be provided as a copy of the applicant's last three current account bank statements

6. Proof of Travel Arrangements

   Details of travel arrangements. These must be provided as:

   • A copy of the flight confirmation
   • A copy of the hotel confirmation
   • A letter from the applicant's travel agency/tour operator confirming that onward/retun tickets have been purchased  
   • A copy of the tour operator's registration with the Government
   • An itinerary specifying the applicant's exact location for every day of their trip. If this cannot be provided by the tour operator/travel company, then this must be provided as a personal statement.

7. Photocopy of Application Materials

   A clear colour photocopy of the information page(s) from the applicant's passport

8. Supplementary Form

   One fully completed and signed supplementary form

9. Visa Application Form

    Applicants who are on a trekking expedition must supply a clear copy of the official trekking permit from the Gilgit - Balistan Council in Pakistan
