Sample of the Business Travel Requirements for an Kazakhstan Visa for UK Citizens

1. Passport

   The applicant's actual passport. The passport must: 

   • Have at least one blank visa page
   • Be valid for six months beyond the expiry date of the visa

2. Photographs

   One passport sized colour photograph. The photograph must:

   • Have a white background
   • Be taken within the last six months

3. Business Introduction Letter

   A letter of introduction from the applicant's UK employer. A copy is acceptable. This letter must:

   • Be addressed to the Embassy
   • Be on company letterhead paper
   • Include the name of the applicant
   • Include the passport number of the applicant
   • Specify the purpose of journey
   • Include the name of the organisation(s) to be visited
   • Specify the requested number of entries and the length of visa required
   • Include an acceptance of financial responsibility for the applicant
   • Be signed by the applicant's supervisor or the company's HR department

4. Letter of Invitation

   A letter of invitation from the country of destination. A copy is acceptable. This invitation must:

   • Be issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
   • Be supplied by double/multiple entry applicants only. Applicants requiring a single for a stay of up to 30 days do not need to supply an invitation.

    

   CIBT can obtain a Kazakhstan Business Invitation on your behalf. Simply complete and return the Kazakhstan Business Invitation Order Form found within the CIBT Application Pack.

    

   Applicants applying for a triple entry visa are advised to order a multiple entry business invitation.

5. Visa Application Form

   One fully completed and signed application form

6. CIBT Order Confirmation

   For orders placed on the CIBT website, a copy of the Online Order Confirmation which is sent to you via email, must be submitted.

   For all other orders, and where applicable, a completed Manual Order Form should be submitted.

   Please note that all card payments will only be made upon completion of the visa application process.

1. Passport

3. Proof of Employment

   A letter from the applicant's employer confirming employment. This letter must:

   • Be on company letterhead paper
   • Include the name of the applicant
   • Confirm that the applicant is an employee of the company
   • Specify the purpose of journey
   • State the applicant's expected return to work date
   • Be typed and signed in the original by the applicant's supervisor or their HR department

4. Proof of Travel Arrangements

   These must be provided as a copy of the hotel confirmation issued by a Kazakhstan authorised tour operator or Kazakhstan hotel which is approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs 

5. Visa Application Form

   One fully completed and signed application form

6. CIBT Order Confirmation

   For orders placed on the CIBT website, a copy of the Online Order Confirmation which is sent to you via email, must be submitted.

   For all other orders, and where applicable, a completed Manual Order Form should be submitted.

7. Double Entry Applicants

   A copy of the flight confirmation showing both dates of entry and exit for those requiring a double entry visa
