Where embassy procedures and opening hours permit, applications will be submitted on the same working day. A supplementary fee per passport will be applied for applications received before 8:00 am.

Applications will be assessed and submitted the next working day.
Hours of Operation
CIBT is open from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, to receive and despatch consignments. Other times may be possible by prior arrangement.
Consignments delivered to the premises outside of these hours will not be signed for and are left at your own risk. CIBT will not accept any responsibility arising from the delay, loss, or damage of any consignment that has not been signed for by a CIBT member of staff. We are happy to take delivery of applications in person and a receipt will be issued.
Extended Hours: Priority 6 Service
The CIBT Priority 6 Service provides customers with an extended opportunity to submit their application beyond standard working hours. If your application reaches us between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm, we will assess your application that evening without fail. Priority 6 Service ensures that your application is submitted to the embassy or consulate the next morning.
